追踪:motempl 模块

Opencv 中 optflow 模块下写的方法,但他们却都是 cv2.motempl 开头的,基本算是绑定的四个方法。但是这四个方法也没有说明特别的介绍,网上也没有文章讲。

这个方法不需要指定目标,其会根据每一帧的差异计算哪些地方移动了。直接按照 opencv 给的 samples 用就行了...
